Chrysanthemum with Ginseng

This is a popular blend prepared from large chrysanthemum flowers and American Ginseng roots, Panax quinquefolius, from Winsconsin. Chrysanthemum has been known as "the flower of the east" and often it is served with meals. In this tradition, you might find this type of tea at your favorite restaurant. (Because one of its ingredients is Tuocha tea, this will contain caffeine.)
